Importing-Exporting Pigeons!!

Our import process is done completely legal with all the correct documentation and government forms.  We would never do anything they may compromise the shipment. Due to new regulations in Europe all pigeons must be quarantined for 30 days before being shipped to North America.  The length will now be 30 days longer but the pigeons will be safe throughout the importation.  If there was a better way we would use it.

My next shipment of imports will coming over from Europe in early January.  If you need to get a pigeon to the US for this coming breeding season let me know.  I have a shipment go into quarantine on January 12th 2012 .  When released they will be given a few days to recover in the spacious flight pens and then will be shipped to their new pigeon homes.

All I need is the European's address, phone, email  and the pigeons band numbers.  I will handle everything else.  $175 per pigeon.  Only additional cost is the US Postal shipping to you.  We charge the exact USPS shipping rate and include a free shipping box.  Some importers charge for the box and a highly inflated shipping rate.

It is not too late to get your pigeons in your lofts to breed this fall.  We will arrange pickup from the European fanciers loft, shipping to quarantine and then delivery to your loft.  All you have to do is pay for the pigeon and we do the rest.  We can also handle the purchase of the pigeons and the wiring of the payment at no additional charge. 

I will handle the import of all Pigeons bought Sun City Post Race Auctions.  The Auctions will begin mid February 2012.  The price to import the pigeons back from Sun City is $150.00 per pigeon.  They will be imported back to the US after the final auction.  Buy the pigeon and I will handle everything else.

McLaughlin Lofts is now set up to import pigeons from any loft in Europe as well as Sun City, South Africa.  The price per pigeon to your door is $150 plus post office shipping charges.  We pay for the box.  We will arrange everything for you.  Expect first class service along with outstanding pigeon care.  We will have a shipment coming from Belgium/Holland etc every eight weeks.    Please call or email for details.  If you need assistance arranging your new European purchase we can handle this for you at no additional charge.  Our contacts and friends abroad are endless.

This year I will do three early shipments to Sun City, May 10th, May 17th and May 24th.  This shipping plan will give everyone the opportunity to have their pigeons in different shipments, different lofts and sections in Sun City.  I will also do a late shipment the end of June.

Ship birds to my loft so that they arrive between April 1st  and May 24th.

Please vaccinate the pigeons for ParamyxoVirus (PMV) two weeks prior to sending the pigeons to me.  I can vaccinate if needed and they will be vaccinated for PMV, Salmonella and Pox in Sun City. 

I will keep you updated bi-weekly throughout the entire season as well as contact you immediately with any race info and upcoming deadlines. I will offer race insight and give recognition to the top three lofts in each training and race result.

The export cost is $45 per pigeon with checks made payable to Frank McLaughlin.

Entry fee for the Million Dollar Race is $1025 for each three bird team which includes one entry and two backups.  You are welcome to mail the $1025 for each team to me and I will wire the money over for you.  Make this check payable to Frank McLaughlin

I will using five large flight pens for the pigeons that are competing in Sun City.  The pigeons will have unlimited, grits, pick stones, pink minerals, pro-biotics, apple cider vinegar European grain mix and pellets.  Nothing but all natural products during their stay at my lofts.  Plenty of space and sunshine combined with excellent care is the reason I shipped five of the top six USA Grand Average pigeons and eight of the top 11 for the 2011 race.   The care before they go and stress free travel is so important!
